Greg Wade  has been an associate and Partner at Dyer, Brown for over 40 years. During that time he has been Counsel at numerous Jury and Non-Jury Trials. He has extensive experience at the Appellate Level as well as Administrative Tribunals.  Greg has been a speaker at a number of CLE programs. Over the years, Greg has represented Insureds and Plaintiffs in serious and complex personal injury and Negligence claims both at Trial and Mediation. 

More recently, Greg has been retained to act as Mediator with respect to Tort, Contract, Accident Benefits and LTD matters. Greg has a firm grounding in legal principle, empathy, understanding and hard work. Through applied knowledge of Risk Management, approachability, common sense and the ability to explain to the Parties, in common parlance, the potential outcomes at Trial, Greg has acheived an enviable success rate at Mediation. 

Greg believes there may be a place for Early Neutral Evaluation where the parties agree to voluntarily participate in ENE.
