Biographical
Hull Estate Mediation Inc. is a full service estate mediation firm. We work with clients to prevent estate-related disputes through pre-estate family conferences, and provide out-of-court mediation solutions for estate disputes when they do occur.
Hull Estate Mediation Inc. is led by Ian Hull, co-founding partner at the Toronto law firm Hull & Hull LLP and Ian is a specialist in the area of estates, trusts and capacity litigation.
Ian Hull is a guest lecturer for the Canadian Bar Association and the Law Society of Upper Canada. He is also the author of numerous articles and has written four books on estate law issues:
