Biographical
Kimberly is the founding partner of WHALEY ESTATE LITIGATION PARTNERS (WEL PARTNERS) a litigation firm in Toronto, practicing throughout Ontario and repeatedly ranked by Canadian Lawyer as one of Canada’s Top 5 & 10 Boutique Trusts & Estates Firms, practicing in the areas of Estate, Trust, Fiduciary Litigation, Powers of Attorney, Passing of Fiduciary Accounts, Guardianship, Dependants’ Support, Capacity /Incapacity Litigation and Elder Law. Kimberly is a qualified Mediator and received a Mediation Certificate from the Institute for Conflict Management LLC, in Chicago Illinois(2008), and has been mediating estate and trust related disputes for over 20 years. Kimberly is a participant in the Estate Bar’s Estate Arbitration and Litigation Management (EALM), an initiative spearheaded by Suzana Popovic-Montag.
